This space is in the public right-of-way. Higgins Lot is seeking written City confirmation for the recurring site plan and use. Applying does not reserve a date; approved applicants will receive a payment link after required authorizations are confirmed.
Before you apply
Portable and compact
Maximum 75 square feet total, no more than two tables, and no more than 30 square feet of table surface. Setup must take 30 minutes or less.
Keep the sidewalk open
Maintain six feet of clear pedestrian passage and all required door, driveway, hydrant, visibility, and emergency clearances.
Your licenses remain required
Saturday market registration does not replace a City business or itinerant-vendor license, health approval, fire approval, or other permit.
Request dates
Request one or more dates from January 1 through December 31, 2027. All 261 Monday-Friday dates and all 52 Sundays are eligible; Saturdays are not.
