Review the reservation terms before selecting a space

• First come, first served: A space is reserved the moment a complete payment (in full, the first installment, or a confirmed Venmo/ACH transfer) is received — never by request, email, phone call, or verbal hold. There is no waitlist and no manager override of that order.
• Application, once per season: Every season vendor must submit the 2027 Season Vendor Application one time per season. If you already submitted it this season, you won't be asked again for an additional space or a re-booking. A selected space remains provisional until the Market Manager reviews the application and confirms placement.
• Only three payment options exist: pay $593.18 online in full, enroll in the automated 4-part installment plan before December 2, 2026, or arrange the $560 Venmo/ACH price directly with the Market Manager before paying. No other schedule, partial payment, discount, or manager-negotiated exception is available at any time.
• Installment plan: $175 initially, $139.39 after 30 days, $139.39 after 60 days, and $139.40 after 120 days. Enrollment closes December 2, 2026; all balances must be paid by April 1, 2027. A failed or missed charge leaves the balance due and may result in loss of the space — this happens automatically under these terms, not at the Market Manager's discretion.
• Deposit and refunds: The $175 deposit is part of the season price. It becomes nonrefundable when the application and participation are accepted. If the application is denied, amounts paid will be returned. Weather, smoke, closure, absence, lateness, reassignment, or removal does not create an automatic refund or credit.
• Saved-card authorization: Choosing installments authorizes Square to store the selected card and charge it on the scheduled dates.
• Release and vehicle insurance: You release Higgins Lot, the property owner, and building tenants from claims for your own injury or property damage (except for their own gross negligence), separately from indemnifying them against claims from others. If you drive onto the lot to load or unload, you must carry valid vehicle liability insurance.
• Your setup, inventory, and security: You're responsible for your own tent/table weighting and setup safety, your own inventory and cash, and your own security — Higgins Lot doesn't provide security or guard vendor property, and the market operates in a public space.
• Photos: Higgins Lot may photograph your booth for its own promotion; you can ask us to stop using a specific image.
• Disputes: Payment/fee disputes go to binding arbitration in Missoula, not court; injury or property claims stay in court in Missoula County. Either way, damages are capped at what you paid, claims must be brought within a year, and the losing side pays the winner's attorney's fees.
• Operating rules: Vendors must follow setup times, keep required access clear, secure displays, comply with product and permit requirements, and follow Market Manager safety and operational directions.
