Reserve a Saturday

Pick a date, then pick your space. Availability updates live — no need to email and ask. Reservations are first come, first served: whichever payment goes through first gets the space. View the reservation maps →

Review the daily reservation terms before selecting a space

  • First come, first served: A space is reserved the moment payment is completed online, not when you view it, click it, or ask about it. There is no waitlist, hold, or manager override of that order.
  • Price: $30 cash in person, or $31.33 online by card. The full daily fee is due to reserve a space.
  • No-show / non-arrival: The daily fee is nonrefundable. A reserved space not claimed by 7:30 AM may be reassigned or sold; late arrival does not create a refund.
  • Payment methods only: Cash in person, or online card payment through this site. No custom payment plans, partial payments, or manager-arranged exceptions are available for daily reservations.
  • Release and vehicle insurance: You release Higgins Lot, the property owner, and building tenants from claims for your own injury or property damage (except for their own gross negligence), separately from indemnifying them against claims from others. If you drive onto the lot to load or unload, you must carry valid vehicle liability insurance.
  • Your setup, inventory, and security: You're responsible for your own tent/table weighting and setup safety, your own inventory and cash, and your own security — Higgins Lot doesn't provide security or guard vendor property, and the market operates in a public space.
  • Photos: Higgins Lot may photograph your booth for its own promotion; you can ask us to stop using a specific image.
  • Disputes: Payment/fee disputes go to binding arbitration in Missoula, not court; injury or property claims stay in court in Missoula County. Either way, damages are capped at what you paid, claims must be brought within a year, and the losing side pays the winner's attorney's fees.
  • Operating rules: Vendors must follow setup times, keep required access clear, secure displays, comply with product and permit requirements, and follow Market Manager safety and operational directions.

Read the complete Daily Reservation Terms and Conditions and the 2027 Master Regulations and Operating Agreement, both of which are incorporated into every daily reservation.

Open Reserved Display side

Booths that touch share a side. White gaps are real aisles and create additional display sides. Spaces 9–10–11 are a three-space run; Space 11 has one aisle-facing display side. Spaces 13–12 are the bottom pair.
