Review the reservation terms before selecting a space

• First come, first served: A space is reserved the moment a complete payment (in full, the first installment, a published ACH invoice, or a Venmo hold) is received or created — never by request, email, phone call, or verbal hold. There is no waitlist and no manager override of that order.
• Application, once per season: Every season vendor must submit the 2027 Season Vendor Application one time per season. If you already submitted it this season, you won't be asked again for an additional space or a re-booking. A selected space remains provisional until the Market Manager reviews the application and confirms placement.
• Four payment options exist: pay $593.18 online in full by card, enroll in the automated 4-part installment plan before December 2, 2026, pay $560 by ACH bank transfer, or pay $560 by Venmo. A Venmo reservation holds the space for 30 minutes while the payment is matched; if no matching payment arrives in that window, the space is released automatically. No other schedule, partial payment, or manager-negotiated exception is available at any time.
• Installment plan: $175 initially, $139.39 after 30 days, $139.39 after 60 days, and $139.40 after 120 days. Enrollment closes December 2, 2026; all balances must be paid by April 1, 2027. A failed or missed charge leaves the balance due and may result in loss of the space — this happens automatically under these terms, not at the Market Manager's discretion.
• Deposit and refunds: The $175 deposit is part of the season price. It becomes nonrefundable when the application and participation are accepted. If the application is denied, amounts paid will be returned. Weather, smoke, closure, absence, lateness, reassignment, or removal does not create an automatic refund or credit.
• Weather and air quality: The market follows Missoula Public Health's own published wildfire-smoke guidance — masks available and sensitive-group precautions at AQI 101–150, postponement considered at 151–200, cancellation at 201 or higher — plus wind and lightning safety rules, for every one of the 22 scheduled Saturdays. • Saved-card authorization: Choosing installments authorizes Square to store the selected card and charge it on the scheduled dates.
• Release, security, photos & disputes: The same release/vehicle-insurance, setup/inventory/security, photo, and dispute-resolution terms apply to every reservation, daily or season — see the full Reservation Terms for the exact language, also incorporated into the Master Regulations below.
